We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HRIS, performance management, Salesforce, Dayforce, and project management. This role will involve various HR functions such as employee evaluation, talent acquisition, Ceridian, and change management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding
  • Implement and monitor performance management processes
  • Utilize HRIS systems for data management and reporting
  • Collaborate with various departments to support employee development and engagement
  • Manage interpersonal conflict resolution and employee rewards program
  • Enforce and oversee company structure, policy and protocols
  • Assist in talent acquisition efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
  • Support change management initiatives within the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience in human resources functions 3-5 years of experience
  • Proficiency in HRIS software such as Ceridian, Dayforce, or Salesforce
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of performance management processes
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities efficiently
  • Must be SHRM certified
